Woodville Little Learners is a newly, purpose built, Long Day Care and Kindergarten located in Woodville, SA. We are a family-owned Centre. We are committed to provide a homelike environment where each individual child and educator can thrive and explore in a safe setting.
We are currently searching for passionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic educators that have completed their Diploma Qualification and above or currently studying to join our team at Woodville Little Learners. We currently have full-time and part-time permanent positions available.
Woodville Little Learners is a state of the art, well-resourced and offers a home-like environment and is for 92 places. Educator Wellbeing is a high priority for us and is reflected through our wellbeing program that we will continue to develop and expand. **About the Role**:
- You will be required to work closely with the Managing Director and other team members to effectively implement and run the educational program for children 0-6years old
- You will need to create positive, professional and genuine relationships with team members, children and their families.
- Engaging with parents to ensure there is great communication, support and children's need are met
- You will have a mature and professional approach.
- We require you to focus on quality improvement, and support others to understand and follow Woodville's policies and procedures.
- You will display high levels of initiative and motivation whilst being professional, proactive and flexible.
- The day-to-day management of your room implementing routines
- Work as a lead educator to provide creative learning experiences
- You will have knowledge of the EYLF, and understanding of the NQF/NQS and work in compliance with all regulations to meet the high standards
**Essential Criteria**:
- Diploma Qualification
- Working With Children Check
- If successful, you will be asked to supply a Current National Police Check
- Current approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications (scheduled to complete)
- Excellent Written & verbal communication skills
- Passionate about Early Education
- Ability to lead a classroom environment
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the EYLF and NQF
- Experience in the industry is highly favourable but not necessary.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $31.00 - $35.00 per hour
