Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Key Account Manager to join our national team. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth across hospital and specialty channels, with a strong focus on IVF clinics, fertility specialists, and hospital pharmacy departments.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales targets.
* Submit and maintain public and private tenders
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including fertility specialists, specialists, hospital pharmacists, and procurement teams.
* Educate healthcare professionals on product benefits, clinical data, and appropriate usage.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within assigned territory.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, medical affairs, and customer service.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
* Attend relevant conferences, workshops, and training sessions.

Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in science, pharmacy, business, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in specialty or hospital channels.
* IVF or fertility product experience highly desirable.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
