About the Opportunity
Glenelg Shire Council are looking for a highly organised, detail-focused person who is passionate about keeping information and data records accurate, accessible, and secure. As our Information & Data Management Administrator, you'll be at the heart of maintaining Council's records and data operations. From creating and maintaining accurate customer indexes, uploading records, and supporting our Electronic Document Records Management System (EDRMS), to ensuring physical and digital archives are properly maintained according to legislation – your work will make a real difference in how Council manage and protect our information and data assets.

What you need to Succeed
* Assist with the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and updates of Council's EDRMS.
* Support record retention, disposal, and archiving in line with legislation.
* Provide staff with timely access to files and information when needed.
* Contribute to the creation and review of training, policies, and procedures around information and data.
* Help maintain the Council's Information Asset Register.
* Completion of regular administration tasks.
* Ongoing Police and Working with Children Check is required for this role.
