About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Guest Services Host to provide exceptional guest services, answering queries, resolving complaints and responding to emergency situations.
About You:
* You will have previous experience in a similar role, with a professional attitude and exceptional level of customer service.
* Strong administrative skills, conflict resolution and complaint handling skills are essential.
* You must be able to work on any day, including weekends, evening functions and school holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operation of the Guest Services Office, ensuring efficient and effective communication.
* Work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
* First Aid and CPR certification is essential.
