Job Responsibilities
Provide safe, compassionate, person-centred care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
Assist in evaluating nursing care and report changes in patient conditions.
Act as a preceptor for students and new staff.
Work within your scope of practice, seeking support when needed.
If medication endorsed, administer medications following policies and procedures.
