High-Performance Design Engineer
We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a High-Performance Design Engineer. As a key member of our Ground Engaging Tools (GET) & Buckets team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality designs from concept through to production.
About the Role
1. You will design and develop new GET and bucket solutions, customised products, and next-generation systems using advanced 3D modelling software.
2. You will produce detailed design and manufacturing drawings using CAD software.
3. You will conduct manual calculations, FEA simulations, and design verification activities to ensure designs meet quality standards.
4. You will manage product trials, site testing, and validation reporting on performance outcomes.
5. Continuously improve existing products based on field performance data insights derived from gathered information during use cases worldwide.
