The role involves directly managing and supporting the Accounting team across the region. Key responsibilities include overseeing accounting activities, managing financials, and processing payments to suppliers.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing processes, including reconciling accounts payable trial balance.
2. Oversee consolidation of monthly/financial year closing and assist the Senior Director Finance in preparing annual reports using IFRS standards.
3. Prepare and review all accounts payable financial reports and data in a timely manner.
4. Maintain the billing system by preparing bills and invoices, specifying payment terms, conditions, and due dates.
5. Reconcile account receivables on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis to ensure accurate payment records.
6. Generate financial statements and reports detailing paid and unpaid invoices, bank deposits, active accounts, age analysis, and collection status on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually basis.
7. Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries for accruals and variances.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in Finance.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent time management and communication skills.
* Fluent in both English and Arabic languages.
