Property Manager/Senior Property Manager

Beck & Small Property is a boutique agency based in Brighton servicing Bayside & Glen Eira. The position is ideally suitable for an experienced Property Manager who wants an environment where you won't be micro‐managed and can grow with a fun and friendly team without office politics.
We aim for the successful applicant to become a valued team member whose input is respected and who can learn and grow from highly skilled and experienced colleagues.
Candidates should possess:
* A current agents representative certificate
* Excellent communication skills and presentation
The successful candidate should ideally have knowledge in all areas of Property Management including but not limited to:
* Day‐to‐day duties of managing a small to medium residential portfolio
* Liaising with both renters and rental providers
* Ability to carry out inspections (routine and entry/exit)
* Organising repairs and maintenance
Schedule: Monday to Friday (no weekends). Most leasing and accounting functions will be looked after for you.
