Job Title:
Plumber and Gas Installation Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled tradesperson to join our team as a Plumber and Gas Installation Specialist. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our accommodation villages.

Responsibilities:
* Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on plumbing, gasfitting, and associated systems within our accommodation villages.
* New Installations: Carry out new installations of plumbing, gasfitting, and associated fixtures and appliances.
* Leak Detection: Detect and locate leaks in pipes and plumbing fixtures using pressure gauges and other equipment.
* Work Environment: Work in various environments including remote accommodation villages, commercial kitchens, dining rooms, laundry facilities, office buildings, and other related areas.
* Prioritization and Time Management: Prioritize urgent works, meet rectification deadlines, and actively manage response times to ensure minimal disruption to residents and staff.

Requirements:
* Licenses and Certifications: Hold current SA Plumbing and Gasfitting Licence and Plumbing Contractors Licence (highly desirable).
* Driving and Security Clearances: Possess Full C Class Drivers Licence and have a current Police Check within 12 months.
* Residential Requirements: Ability to access Adelaide airport for fly-in-fly-out arrangements or reside nearby to DIDO to Roxby Downs.
* Health and Safety: Pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug and Alcohol Screening.
