We are looking for a Property Manager to join the growing team on a full‐time basis. As a Property Manager you will provide property management services to achieve sales and earnings targets.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain client relationships to understand their current and future needs.
* Identify and cultivate new opportunities for new and existing clients' investments.
* Carry out routine property inspections.
* Debtor management.
* Prepare necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenants.
* Work with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities.
* Maximise promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events.
Qualifications
* Understand Residential Tenancy Legislation.
* Hold a current driver's licence.
* Have excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.
* Have a keen eye for detail.
* Be a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised with good time‐management skills.
* Be smart, resourceful, forward‐thinking and embrace technology.
