Database Administrator Position
We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator to manage and maintain our PostgreSQL databases.
* Ensure database availability, integrity, and security by implementing robust backup and recovery strategies, monitoring performance, and applying patches as needed.
* Design and implement efficient database architectures, optimize query performance, and develop automation scripts to streamline routine tasks.
* Develop and maintain database-related tools, scripts, and procedures to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve database-related issues, and provide expert guidance on database administration best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Expert knowledge of PostgreSQL database management, including configuration, tuning, and optimization.
* Strong experience with database administration tools, such as pg_dump, pg_restore, and pg_stat_statements.

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
