Customer Service Operations Associate
This pivotal role supports all aspects of customer service, freight solutions, and administration.
* Manage incoming calls and emails professionally with quick turnaround.
* Investigate unresolved enquiries and ensure fast, effective solutions.
* Support daily PUD operations and communicate delivery performance.
* Liaise with drivers, Sales teams, CI teams, and operational departments.
* Maintain accurate information in Salesforce and internal systems.
* Handle freight requiring extra attention and assist in arranging courier recoveries.
* Support Admin and FSOL teams as required.
Requirements
* Strong data entry accuracy and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and phone manner.
* Ability to resolve conflict and work in a fast-paced environment.
* MS Office proficiency; Salesforce experience ideal.
* Previous transport/logistics experience highly advantageous.
* Ability to lift up to 16kg when needed.
