About the Role
Due to its rapid and ongoing growth, the Company now has an exciting opportunity for a Press Operator to join the Fabrication Team. Reporting to the Fabrication Manager and Team Leader, this role will be responsible for:
* Monitor machine operations and perform routine checks
* Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
* Follow safety procedures and wear personal protective equipment
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the work area
* Operate CNC press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal parts as per Tyree's design specifications
* Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders
* Set up machines, change tooling, and perform quality checks
* Maintain production schedules and report machine issues promptly
About You
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:
* Previous experience in an industrial factory setting
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
* Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
* Must have a can‑do attitude
* Have a strong safety mindset and attitude
* The proven ability to work within a team environment as the organisational needs dictate
