Providing front line guest service demonstrating our "Taking Initiative" guest service culture. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency when dealing with guest requests. Match your skills To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and experiences: Preferable has previous experience in a similar role in a five-star hotel. Available to work public holidays, weekends, Saturday and Sunday each week. Excellent standard of personal presentation. Basic computer and telephone skills. Outstanding customer service. Full NSW Manual Drivers Licence.
