Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Service Coordinator to join our team.
This is a part-time role with 22.8 hours per week, split across 3 days.
* Coordinate all aspects of service administration, including opening work orders and managing service delivery.
* Manage service invoicing, job closures, and purchasing processes.
* Accurately process labour entries and support WIP/PIP management aligned with KPIs.
* Collaborate with internal departments and Customer Service Advisors to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Balance multiple tasks and deadlines while supporting performance targets.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will possess significant experience in fast-paced customer service, handling diverse inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
They will have strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with customers and stakeholders effectively.
Exceptional organizational skills, prioritizing conflicting tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and expectations.
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Suite; training provided on other programs.
Administrative skills in a service industry are beneficial.
