As a Business Operations Team Member, you play an integral role in the development of a cohesive team environment and in building strong relationships across other teams. You will share best practice, thoughts, ideas, and feedback with others and work together to meet all challenges in delivering a great customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities Include**:
* Champion the company's values and focus on flawless delivery of the Customer Promise.
* Maintain high attention to detail and customer service standards.
* Understand customer needs and offer the best solution and consistently deliver on customer promises.
* Ensure that daily work is prioritized & actioned with appropriate follow-up of pending items.
* Build strong, effective working relationships within the immediate team, and across other teams.
* Ensure that all problems are dealt with effectively and are tracked through to resolution or escalated to Team Manager.
* Ensure all compliance requirements for the role and maximize the company's reputation for corporate responsibility by ensuring all dealings are ethical and compliant.
* Use and comply with procedures and controls.
* Have sufficient knowledge of processes and escalation procedures where issues fall outside existing policy and/or procedures.
* Identify and escalate continuous improvement opportunities to improve process and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Banking and Finance knowledge and experience is preferable
- Understanding customer needs and delivery of superior customer service.
- High level of verbal and numerical comprehension.
- Highly computer literate and able to learn quickly.
- Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, written) and ability to influence.
- Experience with MS office such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- High standard of Phone Etiquette.
- Ability to build & maintain key relationships with business partners
