About The Role
* Reporting to the NSW Sales Manager, this position sits within Pro Performance team where you will be responsible for supplying AV solutions to the live, production, touring and performance space.
* This includes solutions across audio, lighting, staging and visual products.
* You will be onsite with partners, including production companies, integrators, consultants and resellers, working through project details, products and pricing, in conjunction with the customer.
* The team is structured with BDMs who secure new opportunities initially and Account Managers (this role) who work in partnership with partners in a solutions-focused and project driven fashion to ensure smooth implementation and product specification for the customer.
* You will nurture a thriving portfolio of existing relationships - account and portfolio growth really is the key objective of this position.
* You will also ensure solutions are working for prior customers and previous projects.
* You will have the flexibility to visit customers, projects and partners across NSW, with a focus on Sydney, so they know you are the face of their account.
About You
* A strong B2B account management / sales background.
* A proven track record of growing sales revenue from existing accounts and relationships.
* Relevant experience in AV or a related technical product range.
* Strong experience working with production specialists, consultants and technicians, providing appropriate technical acumen.
* Intangible qualities: a clear communicator, a team player.
* Flexibility to travel interstate occasionally and to be face to face with customers locally on a regular basis.
* Experience using a CRM (Dynamics in this case) for sales management and pipeline reporting.
