**How will I help?**
Joining the Learning Services team and be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team who are passionate about our learners' experience to enable our employees, to be the best they can be. The Learning Services function drives the learning culture across the Westpac Group through transformational learning programs and experiences.
It is a key role where you will lead day-to-day problem management of system, courseware and/or infrastructure issues on behalf of Group L&C with the ability to bring together key people and decision makers to influence positive outcomes.
You will be accountable for managing relationships with the various teams across the Group to ensure issues, tickets, new requests etc. are appropriately actioned as required.

**What do I need?**
This role would suit a go-getter with strong analytical skills, high attention to detail and customer service who is keen to learn, deliver and work in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 3 years working with learning and HR related technology systems preferably within the financial services industry. You will demonstrate the ability to be hands-on with online learning technologies, multi-media, and alternative instructional technologies. With the ability to build effective business relationships with internal and external stakeholders, you will bring excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritize and work efficiently under pressure.
