We are seeking an experienced Level 3 Technical Support Engineer to join Laminar's team. The successful candidate will provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and solutions for complex network and security environments. This role requires deep expertise in Fortinet technologies and the ability to operate in high‐security environments.
Base pay range
A$150,000.00/yr - A$180,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver advanced technical support for Fortinet solutions across enterprise and government clients.
* Diagnose and resolve complex issues in firewall, VPN, and security infrastructure.
* Collaborate with Level 2 engineers, providing escalation support and mentoring.
* Implement and optimize Fortinet security solutions to meet client requirements.
* Ensure compliance with Laminar's security and operational standards.
* Document solutions, processes, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Certifications
* Fortinet NSE 6, NSE 7, or NSE 8 certification (must have).
* Proven hands‐on experience with Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, and security appliances.
* Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching.
* Experience in troubleshooting complex enterprise environments.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently and in cross‐functional teams.
* Experience supporting government or MSP clients.
* Familiarity with ITIL processes and documentation standards.
