The Role:

Joining our Clinical Team as an Occupational Therapist, you will work within a team of Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists, reporting to the Clinical Services Manager (OT) to provide therapy services to a diverse range of clients, including seniors. Additionally, you will;

* Provide assessments and therapy services to support community access, enhance independence in activities of daily living, self-care, provision of assistive equipment and home modifications, cognitive assessment and support strategies, find motor and uppler limb skills within the home and community settings.
* Ongoing evaluation and review of customer's progress in line with their personal goals and plans
* Develop and deliver therapy programmes
* Ensure appropriate consultation with relevant stakeholders
* Maintain clinical records, client documentation and provide information and report on services delivered
* Provide training to relevant staff regarding the use of mobility aids and equipment when required

What We're Looking For:

* Relevant Degree qualification in Occupational Therapy
* Current AHPRA registration
* Previous experience in the Aged Care sector is desirable but not essential
* Able to build trusting, working relationships throughout the organisation to support a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on customer outcomes
