Osborne Park Ford is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our high-performing sales team. This full-time, guest-facing role is perfect for someone passionate about the automotive industry, enjoys building relationships, and thrives on guiding customers through the exciting journey of purchasing their next vehicle.
As a Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will shape the customer experience from first enquiry through to delivery by understanding guest needs, presenting suitable options, and providing clear, professional advice. This role suits someone personable, solutions-focused, and confident in building strong relationships.
What you will be doing
* Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
* Present and demonstrate vehicles, including features and technology
* Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery
* Provide guidance on finance packages, warranties, and add-on options
* Maintain accurate records and follow up with prospective customers
* Work closely with the dealership team to achieve sales targets and KPIs

Skills & Experience
* Open to entry-level applicants with strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn, full training provided
* Background in sales, finance, or lending would be beneficial but is not required
* Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to educate and guide customers through their purchase
* Confidence presenting vehicle features, technology, and finance options
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail
* Self-motivated, professional, and solutions-focused
* Current driver's licence and Australian working rights
