Job Description:
Tom Price Senior High School is seeking an experienced and passionate Deputy Principal to provide educational leadership across the school. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Principal to drive a culture of continuous school improvement, promoting the school's strategic directions.
The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to develop and maintain positive and effective partnerships with external agencies and members of the community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide educational leadership across the school
* Work collaboratively with the Principal to drive a culture of continuous school improvement
* Lead and enhance Teaching and Learning focus
* Develop a 7-10 approach for individual pathway planning

Eligibility:
* Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment
