We're hiring a senior operator to lead a portfolio of brands and own the work end-to-end. This is not a coordination role. Not a passenger seat. You'll guide strategy, shape creative, run client relationships and stay close enough to the execution to protect pace and standard. We're a nimble agency. We move fast. We run tight. No unnecessary layers between thinking and doing. You'll work directly with the founder, influence direction, and take real responsibility for outcomes — not just deliverables.

This role is for someone who runs accounts and wants to grow into real client and agency leadership. You'll work closely with the founder, leading clients, shaping strategy and guiding creatives.
This role is hands-on. You will lead, but you will stay close to the work, step in when needed, and help shape how things run as we grow.
The role is designed to progress into Account Director as ownership, commercial impact and leadership increase. With that comes broader responsibility, stronger influence and progression in scope and salary.
What the role involves
You will run a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end. That means owning relationships, setting direction, maintaining quality, and keeping work moving across multiple projects. You will:
* Lead WIPs, conversations and presentations with clarity and confidence
* Translate brand and business goals into clear creative and campaign direction
* For some clients, step into hands-on social media execution
* Oversee delivery across social, campaigns and content, ensuring pace and standard
* Work closely with the founder on strategy, priorities and key accounts
You'll get:
