Full Time Position - Great supportive team environment Office location - Hoppers Crossing, 20 mins West of Melbourne Entry Level-Graduate Accounts Assistant in Melbourne's West Werribee & Western Automotive Group is seeking a motivated Graduate Accountant to join our corporate accounts team.
Offering great hands-on experience working along experienced industry professionals, this role is ideal for a recent accounting graduate looking to build a long-term career working across a wide range of accounting and administrative tasks.
Please note that we are unable to provide sponsorship for this role.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Assisting with creditor invoice processing and ensuring accurate, timely payments
* Supporting accounts receivable and daily banking
* Data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate financial records
* Preparing monthly reconciliations to ensure integrity and accuracy of accounts
* Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports
* Supporting the management team with various accounting tasks
* Assisting with deal processing and related administrative duties
The successful applicant will ideally have:
* Intermediate to advanced computer skills, particularly MS Office Suite
* Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills
* Demonstrated accounts/administration capability and a willingness to learn
