About the Role
The Project Manager, Residential Growth will lead the planning, design and delivery of residential development projects within Renewal SA's growing portfolio. This 18-month maternity leave cover role offers the opportunity to work on significant projects such as the Greater Seaton Project and the Noarlunga Downs Residential Development.
Contribute to South Australia's affordable housing supply, sustainability goals, and community liveability. You'll work closely with a wide range of key stakeholders and coordinate multidisciplinary external consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and scope, and to the highest quality standards
Key responsibilities:
* Lead projects from planning through to delivery, managing schedules, scopes, budgets, and risk.
* Oversee design and procurement processes, ensuring cost-effective and community-focused outcomes
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, across government.
* Engage and coordinate consultants (including engineers and architects), civil contractors, builders and service authorities.
Provide accurate and timely reports covering financials and risk.
About You
You're an experienced project manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and can balance strategic oversight with hands-on delivery. You have a passion for creating sustainable, connected communities and take pride in achieving tangible results.
You will bring:
* Proven project management experience in residential or mixed-use developments.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver projects within agreed timeframes and budgets.
* Excellent relationship-building skills across a wide range of stakeholders, and strong communication skills.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on outcomes.
* A relevant tertiary qualification in project management, property, construction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
