Olli Ella is a globally recognized kids and lifestyle brand, renowned for its high-quality, ethically produced products that exude playfulness and nostalgia. As the company continues to expand worldwide, it seeks an accomplished professional to oversee the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, and creative direction across all global markets (Australia, USA, UK, Europe & Asia). This role will involve working closely with the General Manager to drive growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and lead the global strategic brand positioning across all platforms
* Enhance Brand reputation, awareness, and customer engagement across wholesale and direct-to-consumer sales channels
* Manage Marketing, PR, Store Marketing, Communications, Social Media, CRM, and ensure they align with Brand DNA
* Create impactful digital marketing campaigns and initiatives across all touchpoints (social media, search/SEO/SEM, EDM, web, advertising, and affiliate marketing)
* Collaborate with Product, Creative, Visual Merchandising, Ecommerce, Shared Services, and Retail Partners
* Establish and manage a global marketing budget and content calendar that aligns with the master product timeline
* Lead and manage a high-performance Marketing team, clearly defining responsibilities, accountability, and performance measurement, as well as providing regular feedback
* Coordinate the delivery of promotional activities, managing inputs from all stakeholders to ensure timely campaign planning and execution

* A forward-thinking planner seeking marketing opportunities across a 1-3-year strategy
* Extensive experience in leading and delivering a global lifestyle brand marketing strategy
* Loves technology and continuously seeks out emerging trends, ideas, and strategies to cultivate efficiency in the marketing communication mix
* Able to positively influence and build a high-performance Marketing team to meet objectives
