About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in administration and work collaboratively with a close-knit team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, including raising and receipting purchase orders, managing stationery supplies, preparing job costings, and updating registers. Additionally, they will assist with payroll timesheet entry and support month-end reporting as needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the finance team by raising and receipting purchase orders against job orders using ERP systems
* Ensure goods are received in good condition and match required specifications
* Monitor and manage site stationery supplies
* Prepare and manage monthly job costings
* Update and maintain various registers
* Manage the support and sales inboxes and follow up on queries promptly
* Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings and offer general admin support to branch employees
Requirements
* Solid experience in administrative procedures and practices
* Strong computer literacy, with the ability to quickly learn internal systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and effective problem-solving capabilities
* Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to balance priorities and meet tight deadlines
