**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* MBBS or equivalent degree eligible for registration with AHPRA
* Strong investigation and negotiation abilities, with a focus on fostering respectful relationships with patients and colleagues
* Proficient in general urology, including open and endoscopic urological surgeries
* Understanding of hospital structures, policies, and health unit systems, along with a commitment to safety and equal opportunity principles
