This is an important channel for making skin checks more affordable and accessible to more people.We are currently expanding our team and need additional support. If you are a whip-smart, self-organised professional with excellent administrative skills, we'd love to have you on the team.The role is full-time and based out of Sydney, Australia (office located in Mascot).Your key responsibilities will be to support the delivery of our corporate programs and the nurses that deliver on these programs, including:Setting up the programs in the back end of our systems (generating voucher codes and booking links)Fielding enquiries and troubleshooting issues that may ariseBooking travelCommunicating with nurses regarding their schedules and travel itinerariesManaging casual nurse availability and resourcingAssisting the manager with resource planningLiaising with ops regarding resourcing across channelsThis role is part of a growing and dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional customer service and life-saving programs.
