Diesel Fitter FIFO/DIDO/BIBO | Bowen Basin | Up to $75 Perm
Opportunity: Various Mine Sites within the Bowen Basin. The role involves breakdown works, troubleshooting, diagnostics, general servicing, and component change-outs across a variety of MEM equipment, including CAT Trucks, Dozers, Loaders, Graders, and Hitachi & Liebherr Excavators.
Responsibilities
* Perform breakdown works, fault diagnostics, troubleshooting, and servicing of MEM equipment (CAT, Komatsu, Liebherr, Hitachi) across multiple mine sites.
* Carry out component change-outs and repairs as required.
* Adhere to safety, quality, and site-specific procedures at all times.
Experience & Qualifications
* Australian-recognized trade certificate with unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
* Extensive mine site exposure and experience with breakdowns, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and servicing of MEM equipment (CAT, Komatsu, Liebherr, Hitachi).
* Current Australian driver's license and ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.

* Vehicle allowance of $22k per annum, paid fortnightly.
* Paid travel (7 hours per swing at approximately $54/hour) and a $4k sign-on bonus.

* Paid flights to Mackay, then transportation to site.
* Accommodation and meals provided; fatigue accommodation supplied.
* Fly in the day before roster starts and fly out the day after (6am flight); airport accommodation provided.
