Key Responsibilities Include:
* Lead Qualification & Management — Prospect New Opportunities, qualify buyer enquiries, and manage leads through a structured framework.
* Transaction Support — Assist with presentations and coordinating marketing collateral, manage communication with buyers, sellers, and legal teams, and track progress through due diligence.
* Systems & Process Development — Take ownership of the CRM and reporting systems to keep buyer and seller data accurate, track performance metrics, and support seamless handovers.
