This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across electrical remanufacturing and exchange work.
We're looking for a proven people leader with strong experience managing blue-collar teams in a workshop, manufacturing, or heavy industry environment. You'll be passionate about safety, performance, and developing your team to deliver results.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading and developing a team of trade-qualified and production employees.
Ensuring compliance with HSE legislation and Komatsu standards.
Planning workloads, resources, and schedules to meet operational demand.
Driving improvements in productivity, quality, 5S, and cost performance.
Conducting root cause analysis and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Building a positive, respectful, and high-performing team culture.
What You'll Bring
Demonstrated blue-collar people management experience (essential).
Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach.
Electrical trade or engineering background (advantageous).
Proven ability to deliver on safety, quality, and performance KPIs.
