About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Clerical Supervisor to join and lead the team at our South East Radiology – Bowral Clinic. In this position you will be responsible for the daily administrative function and management of three clerical teams based across Bowral and Tahmoor. This high‑impact role supports the delivery of excellence in patient and referrer care. The position is full‑time permanent, Monday to Friday, with shifts ranging from 7:15 am to 8:00 pm, and weekend paid overtime on a rotational roster.
Key Responsibilities
* Be responsible for the daily management and supervision of our customer service/clerical team (including rostering, supervision, and performance monitoring).
* Work collaboratively within a multi‑disciplinary team to ensure the effective operation of booking systems, registration, and billing processes.
* Be the point of escalation for the team in relation to customer service enquiries, feedback or complaints from patients, doctors and referrers.
* Foster a culture of personal accountability across the team by taking responsibility for our patients, referrers, fellow team members and our business.
