About the role:
This is a permanent position for a Draftsperson where you'll be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans for food processing production systems.
What a typical day entails:
* Collaborating with engineers and designers, interpreting specifications.
* Utilizing Solidworks & Auto-CAD drafting software.
* Conducting site visits.
* Ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
* Play a critical role in the design and implementation processes for new and modified equipment.
What we're looking for:
* Proficiency in Solidworks & AutoCAD.
* Strong technical drawing and blueprint reading skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to work with pace and precision.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* A person who is keen to learn, take direction, and grow into the role over time.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Drafting Trade, Engineering Degree or Diploma qualification.
* Knowledge of food processing systems and equipment would be ideal.
