Global Rotomoulding is seeking motivated team members - from Production Workers through to Supervisors - to join our Helidon Spa site.
We have multiple roles available, ranging from entry-level to experienced, with immediate starts available. Previous manufacturing or rotomoulding experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training is provided.
What matters most is a positive attitude, a strong commitment to safety, and a willingness to learn and grow.

What you'll be doing
* Operating and assisting with rotational moulding machinery
* Loading, demoulding, trimming, and finishing products
* Setting up moulds, materials, and inserts as required
* Completing in-process quality checks
* Maintaining accurate production and job records
* Assisting with basic machine and mould maintenance
* Operating overhead cranes (training provided if required)
* Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
* Maintaining clean, organised work areas in line with 5S standards
* Working as part of a proactive team with a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement
What we're looking for
* Manufacturing or labouring experience is beneficial but not essential
* Forklift and/or crane experience is an advantage, not a requirement
* Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks up to 25kg
* Strong commitment to safety and following procedures
* Reliable, with a good work ethic and positive attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime when required
