The Chance
As Showroom Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of showroom operations, leading and developing a high-performing retail team while ensuring the highest standards of customer experience and brand presentation.
This is a hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for business performance, encompassing staffing and sales targets, showroom operations, and client engagement. You’ll inspire and guide your team to success, ensuring seamless prospecting, pipeline management, and conversion of opportunities into results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of a flagship showroom
- Provide hands-on leadership, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
- Acquire and maintain strong knowledge of prospective business opportunities
- Manage the sales pipeline from prospect through to installation, achieving targets for orders, invoiced sales, and margin performance
- Execute and implement showroom activities, events, and initiatives to enhance market presence
- Mentor and develop the retail team to deliver professional growth and commercial outcomes
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate IV in Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
Experience
- 7+ years’ proven success in a similar role within luxury consumer goods, premium furniture, interiors, fashion, or high-end real estate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Suite essential
- Experience with design software (Vectorworks, Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, ARCHICAD) highly regarded
