We are seeking a Senior Manager in Melbourne or Sydney who is dedicated and passionate about creating a differentiated work experience for our people, enabling them to be their best selves and surrounded by those who encourage, inspire, and support impactful work. This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract .
What will your typical day look like?
As a Talent Senior Manager supporting our Infrastructure & Industrials portfolio within the Strategy, Risk & Transactions business unit, you will partner with the business to understand their needs and guide the development and implementation of strategic and operational initiatives to enhance employee retention, engagement, foster a positive culture, and drive high performance. Your responsibilities will include providing HR advice, talent management, reward and recognition, OH&S, and ER management, including performance and investigations. You will also coach and collaborate across the SR&T Talent team, including leading your direct reports (Manager and Senior Consultant).

You are someone with:
* 7+ years of HR generalist experience working with and influencing senior leadership teams as a trusted advisor
* Experience as an HR Business Partner in a matrix organization, fast-paced environment, or professional services advantageous
* Excellent interpersonal skills to nurture relationships with senior stakeholders and leverage these to positively challenge thinking and influence outcomes
* Experience managing multiple talent initiatives requiring research, data analysis, insight, proactive planning, high numeracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
* A genuine passion for coaching and team development in a collaborative manner
* Understanding of remuneration strategies and cyclical reviews
* Experience in ER case management, including performance and investigations
* Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
