A Successful M&A Analyst Should Have
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of the retail industry is highly regarded.
Proficiency in relevant software, such as Excel and financial analysis tools.
