Job Title: Production Team Leader
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Team Leader to join our team at our Mandogalup packing operations in Western Australia.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the production team, ensuring product quality standards are met and customer orders are filled as required. They will also assist with the management of the packing line to ensure its efficient and cost-effective operation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure product quality standards are met
* Ensure customer orders are filled as required
* Assist with the management of the packing line to ensure its efficient and cost-effective operation
* Assist with planning and organising the production team
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A willingness to be hands-on and active
* Good planning and organising skills
* Previous knowledge of production lines
* Experience with fresh produce
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
