About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a modern dispensary at the forefront of plant-based healthcare. As a Pharmacist at RAYS, you’ll work within a close-knit team that prioritises safety, access, and meaningful patient relationships.
This role offers a mix of patient-facing interaction and behind-the-scenes clinical care - ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, highly supportive environment with room to grow.
Core responsibilities:
* Provide the highest standard of service to patients (in-person and phone-based), with a focus on education, transparency, and support.
* Dispense and check specialised prescriptions with accuracy.
* Verify prescriptions in accordance with Federal SAS-B and Authorised Prescriber documentation, plus relevant State approvals.
* Maintain relationships with partner telehealth clinics and health practitioners.
* Support accurate picking, packing, and timely dispatch of patient orders.
* Manage inventory, including Schedule 8 stock, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and governance standards.
About You
You’re a clear communicator, calm under pressure, and genuinely care about quality care. You’re excited by the potential of plant medicine and want to be part of shaping the next chapter of Australian healthcare.
What we’re looking for:
* Bachelor of Pharmacy and unrestricted AHPRA registration.
* Experience working as a Pharmacist and/or Pharmacy Manager in a fast-paced setting.
* Strong clinical attention to detail and working knowledge of TGA/SAS-B protocols.
* Clear communication skills and a patient-first mindset.
* Interest in - or openness to learning - medicinal cannabis and emerging therapeutics.
* New pharmacy graduates are also welcome to apply.
