**Duties**:
- Lead software engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions, meeting business objectives and customer needs.
- Provide strategic direction, technical guidance, and leadership to engineering teams.
- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, methodologies, and tools.
- Mentor team members, manage resources, and ensure successful project delivery within budget and timeframe
- Champion best practices and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence, and ensure governance standards are maintained.
- Ensure effective talent management, stakeholder engagement, and successful partnerships with vendors and third parties.
**Role requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience leading software and quality engineering teams across cloud platforms
- Tertiary qualification in IT/ICT preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in iterative delivery methodologies
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to deliver technology solutions aligned with organizational strategy
