Based in Laverton North at our Pipe Road chemical manufacturing facility, we’re seeking to engage two Project Engineers with E&I, Mechanical, or Process experience within our Project Management Team. You will be responsible for project scoping, preliminary and detailed design, cost estimation, and execution planning of capital projects, acting as a subject matter expert in your field.

How You’ll Help Us Grow
* Complete tender processes for projects, ensuring resource engagement within budget and timeframes
* Prepare plans, resources, and contractors for CAPEX projects
* Coordinate and supervise contractors for assigned projects
* Review and validate project installations and documentation
* Ensure compliance with government, health & safety, environmental, and equipment standards
* Participate in Management of Change (MOC), Incident Reports, Hazops, and process safety requirements
* Promote continuous improvement through RCA and other methodologies to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency
* Maintain best practice standards for installations
* Support project scope and estimate preparations with engineering input
* Monitor budget and schedule compliance, track project trends
* Apply RCM, Total Productive Maintenance, and Six Sigma principles during project design and execution
* Design with a focus on minimizing total cost of ownership
* Document modifications and updates in asset management systems
* Complete project closeouts and handovers to operations
Could This Be You?
You are tertiary qualified in Engineering with extensive experience in manufacturing equipment reliability, RCA, FMEA, and RCM. You approach problems scientifically, make data-driven decisions, and work well in a team with initiative and self-motivation.
