A solid understanding of the electricity sector is essential, including market dynamics, grid infrastructure, permitting processes, and the operational environment of transmission assets. Experience with public-private partnerships (PPPs), M&A, and project finance will be highly valued.

* Support the development of commercial and technical proposals, particularly under PPP frameworks and similar procurement models.
* Participate in the evaluation, negotiation, and closing of M&A transactions in the energy infrastructure sector.
* Identify key risks in transactions and contribute to mitigation strategies for internal review and decision-making.
* Negotiate agreements with partners, clients, and subcontractors to secure favourable terms that support project feasibility.
* Prepare, review, and ensure the quality of proposals, tenders, and related documentation.
* Supervise demand, revenue, cost, and investment estimations, whether developed internally or outsourced.
* Conduct technical analysis of bids and offers, forecasting future costs and revenues related to asset operation and maintenance.
* Present investment opportunities and project updates to executive committees and support governance processes.
* Manage bids budgets, resource planning, schedules, and invoice tracking to ensure timely, efficient and cost-effective submissions.
* Lead or support permitting and grid connection processes, including securing land rights and negotiating rights of way, to ensure development requirements for energy projects are met.

* Engineering degree related to electrical power systems and/or electrical engineering. Other education levels considered if relevant experience is proven.
* Proven track record in a similar role for more than 8 years.
* Experience with TSO/DSOs or transmission-related parties is preferred; familiar with project development.
* Good understanding of public tenders, interconnection processes and agreements.
* Strong communication and collaborative skills.
* Proactive, autonomous and results-driven; able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
