Clinical Nurse We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Nurse to join a supportive team in Hervey Bay. Administer medications and monitor residents’ responses, ensuring safe and accurate practice. Provide clinical leadership, mentoring and supervision to enrolled nurses, assistants in nursing, and care staff. Undertake comprehensive assessments and develop, implement, and review individualised care plans. Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, legislative requirements, and facility policies. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, records, and reporting. Liaise with residents, families, medical practitioners, and allied health professionals to support holistic care. Contribute to continuous quality improvement, accreditation activities, and risk management processes. Support a positive, safe, and respectful workplace culture. Participate in shift work, including weekends, nights, and on-call as required.
