Induction Coordinator
We are seeking a coordinator to welcome and induct new volunteers to our retail shops, ensuring a positive experience and an efficient onboarding process. This role is ideal for those who want to gain valuable experience in administrative recruitment processing skills and provide information about the Society's operations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Meet and greet potential volunteers
* Assist new volunteers with application forms and paperwork
* Lead new volunteers through induction/orientation process, including safe work practices
* Liaise with Shop Manager/Team Leader/Day Coordinator for start dates and communication with volunteers
Requirements:
* Welcome and encouraging attitude
* Positive approach to volunteering and flexibility in attitude to work and the team
* Previous retail or hospitality backgrounds welcome to share experience with potential new volunteers
