1. IBC Education

IBC Education (IBC) is TEQSA-registered higher education provider seeking to deliver human and community services, and health services management courses based in Melbourne and Adelaide Australia. Our purpose is to develop higher education graduates who will lead in fostering innovation, excellence and cross-functional collaboration in the health and services sector. 1. Marketing and Student Recruitment Officer

The Marketing and Student Recruitment Officer is responsible for brand, marketing courses and attracting students to IBC, and communications with students for two campuses, (Adelaide and Melbourne). They are primarily responsible for managing and implementing all marketing and student strategies required. The role reports to the Student Services Manager.

Key responsibilities

* Develop and implement effective marketing, recruitment and communications (including social media) strategies to promote IBC's courses to prospective students, parents, potential partners, industry, government.
* Develop and implement recruitment and retention marketing strategies, and student experience evaluations
* Manage relationships with education agents, providing them with the necessary tools and information to successfully represent IBC and maintain ESOS compliance
* Coordinate and participate in promotional activities such as open days, campus tours, education fairs, and sector events; Demonstrated record of event management and public relations
* Assist in the development of brand, production of marketing materials, including print and digital content, social media posts, email campaigns, and website content
* Conduct research to identify recruitment trends, evaluate market conditions, and understand competitors' strategies
* Liaise with internal stakeholders, including academic staff, student services, and admissions, to ensure consistent messaging and branding
* Track and analyse student recruitment, retention, and completion data, providing regular reports on performance against key recruitment metrics and quality across all services
* Maintain a strong knowledge of current and emerging trends in higher education branding, marketing and recruitment
* Be alert and responsive to issues related to student wellbeing and safety and ensure appropriate referral pathways are implemented

Required Qualifications and Experience

* Bachelor level qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* Experience working in marketing and student recruitment within higher education
* Demonstrated knowledge of the ESOS Act and National Code
* Experience in working across digital advertising and marketing campaigns, website development and social media advertising
* Experience in event management and public relations
