We are currently looking for a Chef De Partie to be part of our kitchen team working onsite at Club Marconi, Bossley Park.

The ideal candidates will be seeking a hands-on-role, and will have:
* Some knowledge of Italian cuisine
* Relevant qualifications including food hygiene
* Demonstrated capabilities to cook under pressure

* Be available to work a rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays)
* An attitude for service excellence
To be considered for the role you must have the following:
* Minimum of 3 years cooking experience in a busy kitchen environment
* Appropriate qualifications
* Australian citizen / permanent resident
* Clearly speak and understand English
* Ability to work as a team member
* Ambition and drive
