Join the team at RURAL 4X4 COWRA as a Technician Accessory Fitter.
This full-time role in Cowra, NSW, will see you working on a variety of automotive accessories and equipment.
You will be an integral part of the Automotive Trades team, responsible for installing and maintaining products tailored to customer needs.
What you'll be doing:
Undertake accessory installations and fitments on customer vehicles
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with automotive accessories and equipment
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process
Maintain a clean and organised work environment
Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
Collaborate with the broader team to ensure efficient and effective workflow
What we're looking for:
Relevant trade qualification in Automotive Mechanics or a related field
The use of your own toolbox
Automotive electrical wiring experience/knowledge is an advantage
Experience in a fast-paced, highly active workshop environment
Demonstrated experience in the installation and maintenance of automotive accessories and equipment
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
A strong customer service work ethic
Following all workshop WHS and SOP
Be able to keep a clean, organised workspace
Strong safety mindset
Fitting ARB accessories and parts as per work instructions supplied by the manufacturer or by our Retail Sales team and supervisors
Strong communication qualities with the ability to work with the sales team
Current Driver's License
Must be motivated and enthusiastic to achieve customers' expectations
