All members of the team have a shared responsibility in keeping themselves and all employees safe from harm. Key Responsibilities Erection and dismantle of scaffolding in a timely manner as instructed and to Australian Standards. Assist to prepare and plan for scaffolding activities. Carrying out Scaffold Inspection Checklists for each job Maintaining accurate documentation associated with each job To act with integrity, honesty and ethically at all times. Proactively engages to create a safer workplace. Role Specific Competencies Experience with Drop / Hang Scaffolders highly regarded Good communications skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Competent in the erection and dismantle of scaffolding. Ability to pass pre-employment medical and ongoing drug and alcohol tests Minimum of 2 years experience License Requirements: Construction Industry White Card (essential) MSIC Licence (desirable) Worksafe WA High Risk Licence - Advanced Scaffolding (essential) Current Working at Heights (essential) Current National Police Clearance (essential) Worksafe WA High Risk Licence - Forklift (preferred) Drivers Licence Current Confined Space (preferred) If you are looking to take the next big step in your career, we want to hear from you!
