As Head of Retail, you will take full ownership of launching and leading a national store rollout, overseeing strategy, operations, recruitment, and performance across a multi-brand retail network.This is a hands-on, commercially driven role suited to someone who thrives on building from the ground up - leading a team, driving results, and delivering an exceptional customer experience at scale.
Key Focus Areas 1.
National Rollout Leadership* Drive the setup and opening of a national network of retail stores* Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing store leadership teams* Establish systems, operational frameworks, and retail rhythms to ensure long-term success2.
Commercial Performance* Own and deliver revenue and profitability targets across the network* Monitor key performance metrics such as ATV, UPT, conversion, and productivity* Use data and insight to inform trading decisions and identify growth opportunities3.
Customer Experience & Brand Standards* Create an environment where customer engagement, retention, and loyalty thrive* Set and uphold strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards* Implement customer feedback loops and respond to opportunities for improvement4.
Strategic Retail Leadership* Build and communicate clear retail strategies aligned to the broader business direction* Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and execution* Represent retail in key forums and act as a connector between stores and head office5.
